GA-ASI Achieves EMAR/FR 145 Maintenance Organization Approval for MQ-9A and MQ-9B Platforms
SAN DIEGO, CA, Mar 21, 2025 - (ACN Newswire via SeaPRwire.com) - General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), a world leader in unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), has received the prestigious EMAR/FR 145 Maintenance Organization Approval for component maintenance from the French Military Continuing Airworthiness Authority, DSAE. This approval underscores GA-ASI's commitment to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence in military aviation. The EMAR framework is a set of regulations developed from commercial aerospace standards (FAA/EASA) that are designed to ensure airworthiness for European military aircraft. It establishes a common airworthiness framework recognized by military airworthiness authorities worldwide. EMAR/FR 145 certification authorizes maintenance organizations to perform critical maintenance tasks while ensuring strict adherence to safety, reliability, and documentation requirements.GA-ASI's EMAR/FR 145 approval allows the company to issue EMAR Form 1s (Return to Service forms) for components serviced by the approved maintenance organization, confirming the safety and airworthiness of the equipment. This recognition applies to GA-ASI's maintenance activities at its Poway and Adelanto, California, facilities and covers CAT C (component maintenance) services."This approval is a significant achievement for GA-ASI, positioning the company to better serve international customers, especially military users of our MQ-9A and MQ-9B UAS platforms," said Sam Richardson, GA-ASI vice president of Sustainment. "The ability to leverage the EMAR/FR 145 certification streamlines the company's processes, reduces costs, and accelerates future airworthiness pursuits, as many future customers will recognize this certification rather than requiring a full, independent certification process."By obtaining EMAR/FR 145 approval, GA-ASI further demonstrates its ability to meet the stringent demands of the global defense market. The framework's widespread recognition ensures that GA-ASI can expand operations and offer high-quality, compliant maintenance services to international customers, ultimately driving company growth in global markets. This certification offers significant operational and financial benefits for both GA-ASI and its customers. For GA-ASI, the approval reduces future oversight costs by leveraging the DSAE Audit Team's oversight activities, ensuring a more efficient and cost-effective certification process for future non-French EMAR customers. For customers, the EMAR/FR 145 approval provides a framework recognized internationally, offering a streamlined maintenance certification process. The recognition agreements between EMAR and non-EMAR countries allow future customers to leverage GA-ASI's French approval, saving time and resources compared to a full certification effort.About GA-ASIGeneral Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. is the world's foremost builder of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). "Hole-27, with 179.6 metres of continuous spodumene pegmatite, plus an additional 58 and 91.8 metres of continuous spodumene pegmatite, lends further support to our theory of a south-trending mineralized system, which now extends over a kilometre."Figure 1. Map of Drilling area, Cisco ProjectWinter 2025 Exploration Program OverviewThe current 2025 Winter Program is targeting 6,000 - 8,000 m of drilling with 200 - 400 m step outs with the primary objective of expanding upon the exceptionally promising drill results from the inaugural 2024 campaign, which included:Drill hole CS-24-018 - 215.6 m at 1.69% Li 2 O;Drill hole CS-24-021 - 347.1 m at 1.35% Li 2 O; andDrill hole CS-24-023 - 188.6 m at 1.56% Li 2 O.One diamond drill rig tested to the southwest of drill hole CS-24-023 to define the strike length:Drill hole CS25-025 was collared approximately 275 m south of hole CS24-023; andDrill hole CS25-027 is located 200 m southeast of hole CS25-025.This fence of holes was designed to test the southward extension of the large and wide mineralized system and did so successfully with hole CS25-027's widest continuous interval of 179.6 m of spodumene-bearing pegmatite. One diamond drill rig tested to the east of drill holes CS-24-018 and CS-24-021 to define potential additional parallel pegmatite zones:Drill hole CS25-024A was drilled as a follow-up to hole CS25-024 which was lost due to difficult drilling conditions. It was collared approximately 400 m southeast of hole CS24-022; andDrill hole CS25-026 was collared approximately 400 m from CS24-021 and 285 m north of hole CS25-024A.Drilling remains ongoing, with step outs continuing both east and south.Figure 2. Drill Rig Locations at the Cisco Lithium ProjectSummary of Spodumene-Bearing Pegmatite IntervalsThe pegmatite intervals (greater than 2 m) of drill holes CS-25-024A to 027 are reported below in detail (Table 1).Table 1. Summary of Spodumene-Pegmatite Intervals, Cisco ProjectThe mineralized intervals in all the holes are not necessarily representative of the true width and the modelled pegmatite zones are being refined with every additional hole.Cautionary Statement: The presence of pegmatites does not confirm the presence of lithium (spodumene or other lithium minerals). Pegmatites are fractionated coarse grained igneous rocks commonly associated with lithium mineralization; however, many pegmatites do not contain mineralization. The presence of any mineralization can only be confirmed with assaying. The geological team has completed the core cutting and logging of holes CS25-024/24A to CS25-027 and the samples have been dispatched to the SGS Canada preparation laboratory located in Val-d'Or, QC for mineral analysis to confirm the presence of lithium.Figure 3. Core from the Current Drill Program at Cisco Lithium ProjectSampling, Analytical Methods and QA/QC ProtocolsAll drilling was conducted using diamond drill rig with NQ sized core and all drill core samples are shipped to SGS Canada's preparation facility in Val D'Or, Quebec, for standard sample preparation (code PRP92) which includes drying at 105°C, crushing to 90% passing 2 mm, riffle split 500 g, and pulverize 85% passing 75 microns. The pulps are then shipped by air to SGS Canada's laboratory in Burnaby, BC, where the samples are homogenized and subsequently analyzed for multi-element (including Li and Ta) using sodium peroxide fusion with ICP-AES/MS finish (code GE_ICM91A50). The reported Li grade will be multiplied by the standard conversion factor of 2.153 which results in an equivalent Li 2 O grade. Drill core was saw-cut with half-core sent for geochemical analysis and half-core remaining in the box for reference. The same side of the core was sampled to maintain representativeness.A Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) protocol following industry best practices was incorporated into the sampling program. Measures include the systematic insertion of quartz blanks and certified reference materials (CRMs) into sample batches at a rate of approximately 5% each. Additionally, analysis of pulp-split and reject-split duplicates was completed to assess analytical precision. The QP has verified the QA/QC results of the analytical work.Drill Hole Collar InformationThe summary of drill holes completed to date, including basic location and dip/azimuth is detailed below (Table 2).Coordinates are in UTM NAD83, zone 18All holes are NQ-Size diamond drill coreAzimuth and dip are reported as planned, and will deviate down-holeReported hole depths are subject to minor changes based on final core observationsTable 2. The study reveals that while many professionals see room for salary growth, organisations are focusing on strategic compensation planning to retain talent in a competitive job market. The insights from the survey highlight evolving compensation trends in Singapore, with a growing awareness among professionals about market benchmarks. More than half of those surveyed recognise that salary adjustments are necessary to stay competitive, while nearly half anticipate only a modest single-digit salary growth in their upcoming reviews. These insights offer valuable opportunities for organisations to refine their talent strategies, ensuring competitive compensation structures that attract and retain top talent. With compensation playing a central role in both recruitment success and employee loyalty, these insights into workforce sentiment provide valuable intelligence for business planning.V Suresh, CEO of foundit, commented on the findings: "Our survey highlights a growing disparity between employee salary expectations and market realities in Singapore. More than half of professionals feel their compensation is not aligned with industry standards, while 41% have seen little to no salary growth in the past three years. This misalignment, particularly among mid-career professionals, presents a significant challenge for employers striving to retain skilled talent in an already competitive job market. To address this, organisations must adopt transparent salary benchmarking, skills-based compensation models, and clear career progression frameworks. While early-career professionals remain optimistic, the increasing dissatisfaction among experienced employees signals a critical need for proactive compensation strategies. This year’s conferences featured approximately 30 sessions, InnoTalks, digital marketing and e-tailing workshops as well as the “Meet the Leaders” dialogue series, attracting more than 1,600 industry professionals from 22 countries and regions. In her welcoming remarks, HKTDC Executive Director Margaret Fong said: “Changing market conditions and consumer behaviour and rapidly emerging trends are part of what makes operating in the marketing and e-commerce ecosystems exciting, enabling them to evolve and grow for the better. It is up to us all to ride this wave of transformation with agility, coupled with a healthy dose of tenacity and grit. One of our main goals in organising MarketingPulse and eTailingPulse is to encourage industry players to understand and embrace the latest developments and trends to help them achieve their marketing and e-commerce aims.”This year, some 80 international cross-industry leaders joined the conferences to explore the latest trends and innovative strategies in brand marketing. Key topics in five highlight areas included the application of data and artificial intelligence (AI), the integration of art, music and culture in marketing strategies, and the rising importance of inclusive marketing with a focus on neurodiversity. Another highlight of the event was an in-depth discussion on the development potential of the ASEAN and halal markets, and an analysis of the impact of the single-person household trend on consumer behaviour and marketing approaches. Speakers shared insights on market dynamics, effective strategies and successful case studies, and had the opportunity to explore unique perspectives to help them uncover cross-disciplinary opportunities.Data and AI innovationAccurate customer data analysis not only helps to strengthen a company's image but is also crucial for fulfilling brand promises and maintaining a competitive edge in a crowded market. In a captivating presentation, Nikkia Reveillac, Director (Global) of Consumer Insights at Netflix (2021-2024), explored how to leverage data to drive comprehensive brand innovation from the inside out. She emphasised that the key to customer loyalty is to understand the customers by transforming data into insightful perspectives. "It’s about having a deep curiosity to understand the customer, in order to understand the deeper customer motivation and unspoken needs. Breakthrough brilliance doesn’t always require companies to create something new; small improvements can take a bigger role in making a bigger difference to the customer,” she said.As AI technology matures both locally and globally, it is rapidly reshaping the marketing and branding landscape. Prof Darren Thayre, Head of Innovation for Global Strategic Initiatives at Google and Brian Hui, Managing Director, Head of Customer Propositions and Marketing for Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) Hong Kong at HSBC, offered insights into innovative applications of AI, turning imagination into opportunities, and how brands can leverage AI to craft compelling brand narratives, enhance storytelling and design breakthrough campaigns.Seizing e-commerce opportunities in the ASEAN marketThe diversified economic landscape of the ASEAN region has emerged rapidly in recent years. Hong Kong businesses are demonstrating significant advantages in tapping into opportunities within this market, helped by government initiatives announced in the latest budget. HKTDC Research presented the full report of its study, "ASEAN e-Commerce opportunities: Insights on Consumer Behaviours and Positioning of Hong Kong Products", at today’s event.Galvin Chia, the HKTDC’s Principal Economist (Asian and Emerging Markets), led a session at eTailingPulse to offer an in-depth analysis of consumer behaviour and market trends among consumers in six key ASEAN markets. Nick Chiu, Head of Sales, SME & Growth of Airwallex, joined the session and shared his view about the ASEAN market. He remarked: "Success in ASEAN e-commerce comes from understanding local markets, optimising cross-border collections and payouts, and partnering with trusted providers to reduce friction, build trust, and scale efficiently across the region."Mainland China market targets Gen Z and the "she economy"The e-commerce market in Mainland China is booming and leading the world. The conferences focused on the increasing purchasing power of Gen Z consumers and the "she economy” that is dominated by female consumption patterns. E-commerce giants Meituan and POIZON target high-priced consumer goods and have launched multiple strategies aimed specifically at Gen Z customers. Chen Yi-Fang, Head of Meituan Le Life Business Department, said: "Happiness-driven entertainment consumption is the new trend for Gen Z. They like to utilise different online platforms and use AI to discover new interests and make cost-effective purchases.” He added that Meituan engages with Gen Z through intellectual property (IP) crossovers.Music economy, celebrities and influencers build distinct brand imageHang Seng Bank's Chief Marketing Officer Jordan Cheung to offer insights into how collaborations between brands and celebrities can attract potential customers and unleash the influence of the brand through the "music economy". Cheung explained that music is a unifying force that could connect with people from all walks of life. “By integrating music into the brand’s core, we’re able to implement this into our marketing campaigns and establish emotional connection with our customers,” he said. “Music and event sponsorships, partnerships with co-organisers and curating unique experiences with celebrities has enabled us to attract and engage with customers. This has had a positive impact on our overall brand image.”Celebrities and stars are a magnet for public attention, which is why many brands invite artists to support their promotional activities. In recent years, many artists have started to leverage their fame to transition into influencers. Its APAC CEO, Christophe Jourdain, said: “Our main objective for joining the events is to better understand the marketing trends in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, and to network and meet potential partners. We also want to know what questions exhibitors and attendees have in terms of market trends and their marketing approach. We’ve made business contacts at the events today. Hola Prime Unveils Enhanced Compliance Review Framework to Strengthen Fair Trading Practices
NEW YORK, Mar 19, 2025 - (ACN Newswire via SeaPRwire.com) - Hola Prime has presented a major enhancement to its compliance framework, reinforcing its commitment to transparency and accountability in proprietary trading. As regulators and market participants call for greater compliance, Hola Prime has implemented a robust monitoring system to uphold fair and ethical trading practices.Hola Prime's compliance structure is a 24/7 Compliance Review system designed to ensure fair and ethical trading practices. A dedicated compliance team actively monitors trade execution, fund allocation, and reviews trader activity in real-time, preventing potential market manipulation and irregularities. Each trader undergoes an extensive review before being funded, eliminating any potential exploitation of loopholes and ensuring that all profits stem from genuine, skill-based trading rather than artificial tactics.Risk management is another pillar of Hola Prime's approach. The internal audit team conducts continuous assessments and reviews of financial stability and risk exposure, identifying potential compliance gaps before they escalate. Proprietary trading firms often operate in a grey area, but Hola Prime's commitment to stringent internal audits ensures accountability in every aspect of its operations. By proactively addressing risks, the firm provides a stable and predictable environment for traders.Payouts, often a contentious issue in prop trading, undergo a rigorous reconciliation process at Hola Prime. Each transaction is subject to dual-layer approval to prevent unauthorized withdrawals. The firm prioritizes liquidity planning, ensuring that reserves are always maintained to facilitate seamless trader payouts. This includes a rapid withdrawal system, enabling traders to access their earnings within an hour. Collaborations with leading payment service providers such as Rise and multiple cryptocurrency networks further optimize transaction efficiency, ensuring smooth and reliable fund transfers.Hola Prime's simulated-to-live trading model serves as an additional safeguard. This system enables real-time risk assessment and seamless order execution, leveraging advanced algorithms and a parallel liquidity infrastructure. By minimizing execution lag and monitoring market exposure, the firm mitigates risk while maintaining optimal trade flow. Regular IT security audits further bolster these measures, ensuring that system access and transactions remain secure and compliant with international cybersecurity standards. One of the most unique aspects of Hola Prime's compliance strategy is its approach to trader monitoring. The firm conducts in-depth evaluations of trading patterns, ensuring that no participant engages in practices that could compromise market integrity. This includes monitoring order flow management, identifying discrepancies in trading behavior, and preventing activities that may indicate manipulation.Transparency is a cornerstone of Hola Prime's operational philosophy. Every financial decision, from earnings allocation to trader payouts, is backed by structured financial planning and accountability measures. The firm's daily financial comparisons ensure that payouts for the next day are planned well in advance, with funds being kept separately to meet all the liabilities of the next day. In addition, an extra reserve of 35% is also kept as cushion funds, to make provision for any unforeseen expenses.Hola Prime also places a strong emphasis on compliance with global anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. A robust Know Your Customer (KYC) and AML framework ensures that only legitimate traders participate on the platform, reducing the risk of fraudulent activities. The firm conducts thorough background checks and transaction monitoring, preventing any attempts at money laundering or financial misconduct. By prioritizing trader integrity over sheer numbers, Hola Prime fosters a responsible trading community where only serious traders thrive. The company's dedication to transparency is further exemplified through its industry-leading Price Transparency Report. This report offers a tick-by-tick comparison of Hola Prime's pricing against industry benchmarks, allowing traders to independently verify execution quality. Forex markets, known for their decentralized nature and price discrepancies, often leave traders questioning the fairness of their trades. Hola Prime's proactive approach addresses this concern, providing a publicly available record of price movements that reinforces trust and accountability.Ashutosh Sharma, Head of Risk and Compliance at Hola Prime, highlights the importance of financial prudence in the firm's approach. "We don't just aim to be profitable; we aim to be sustainable. Our liquidity planning ensures that trader payouts are secured in advance, preventing any shocks. We maintain separate accounts for company expenses and trader funds, reinforcing integrity at every level."Another crucial component of Hola Prime's compliance framework is its approach to liquidity and order flow management. The firm ensures that the gap between simulated and live trading execution remains under two minutes, maintaining efficiency while reducing market impact. Exposure limits are meticulously calculated, taking into account actual cash reserves, liabilities, and additional financial cushions. By capping risk exposure in accordance with its financial standing, the firm ensures that it never overextends its market position.Technology plays a vital role in Hola Prime's compliance-driven ecosystem. From automated risk assessments to real-time transaction monitoring, the firm leverages advanced software to enhance its oversight capabilities. System checks and IT audits are conducted regularly, reinforcing data security and ensuring seamless trading operations.Somesh Kapuria, CEO of Hola Prime, believes that trust is the key to long-term success in prop trading. "Our traders deserve to know how we operate. We don't believe in hiding behind complex structures or ambiguous policies. Transparency isn't just a marketing term for us - it's the foundation of our business. By implementing rigorous compliance standards, we ensure that Hola Prime remains a trusted platform where traders can focus on their craft without concerns over financial mismanagement."In an industry often marred by uncertainty, Hola Prime stands as a beacon of reliability. Its stringent compliance measures, robust financial planning, and unwavering commitment to transparency set it apart as a leader in ethical prop trading. With its structured approach to governance, the firm is proving that self-regulation, when done right, can be just as effective as formal oversight—if not more so. For traders seeking a platform built on trust and accountability, Hola Prime continues to raise the bar.Social LinksFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61565158992654&sk=about_contact_and_basic_infoInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/holaprime_global/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtVEJa1Ml132Be7tnk-DjeQLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/hola-prime/?viewAsMember=trueX: https://x.com/HolaPrimeGlobalDiscord: https://discord.gg/TJ7TcHPXBfQuora: https://www.quora.com/profile/HolaPrime/Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/user/HolaPrime/Medium: https://medium.com/@social_46267Media ContactCompany: Hola PrimeContact: Media TeamWebsite: https://holaprime.com/ Copyright 2025 ACN Newswire via SeaPRwire.com.
